Online Webinar Series: Dave Krieger’s COTA Workshop

Our team has been working with Mr. Dave Krieger since 2009. Time has passed by in a flash, because Dave makes an art form of sharing information in the most entertaining and retainable way. His latest endeavor is an online workshop on the topic of preparing a chain of title assessment. After writing his book titled, “Clouded Titles,” he toured he country teaching people about COTA preparation and exposing the “big mess named MERS.” Now able to offer the same material he teaches in his in-person workshops , Dave now shares his expertise via online lessons featuring combination of video demonstration, photos, diagrams and text, offered in a sequential, step-by-step format.
