Flash was thrown off an overpass in Austin, Texas then hit by a car and left for dead. Thanks to Austin Pets Alive!, Flash was rescued, nursed back to health by his “failed foster parents” (they decided to give Flash a forever home!) Watch the video and see how Flash returned the favor!
