Sara Riggs and Grace Sharington go waaaay back. In the 2nd grade, Sara would tell the scariest ghost stories and come up with the very best tales at their slumber parties and sleep-overs. Sara always had a knack for noticing things others did not, and spinning beautiful images with her words.
Fast forward to 2017: Grace was scrolling her social media feed and noticed a post from Sara – “I can’t help but edit my daughter’s assignment. I just can’t help my editor’s eye.” And the rest is history. Living in Iowa City, Sara is an experienced Library Assistant working at the University of Iowa with a history of working in the higher education industry – and a heart for non-profit just like her Austin work team. We are beyond grateful to have Sara as our “final eagle eye” on blogs and other important content.
